Allen R. Hovis, 63, of Fort Wayne passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at Methodist Hospital in Merriville. He was born in New London, Connecticut to the late Thomas W. and Fritzie Ann (Lombard) Hovis. Allen enjoyed fishing ad going to casinos.
